Noushin Nowbahari

Described as a tenacious lawyer with a lot of spunk, Noushin was awarded the degree of Bachelor of Laws (Juris Doctor) from the University of Southampton Law School in England after achieving her Bachelor of Arts degree with Honours, double majoring in Law & Society and Sociology, from York University in Toronto.
Prior to establishing Nexus of Nowbahari Law Firm, Noushin practiced as a Plaintiff personal injury lawyer in addition to general litigation in both Ontario and British Columbia; and, also as an insurance Defence lawyer, handling ICBC matters, in British Columbia.
Noushin focuses on advocating for her clients in complex litigation matters at all levels of court.
Noushin treats her clients with the utmost care, patience, respect and compassion. Noushin’s practice as a lawyer is anchored on integrity, resilience, assertiveness, being well-disposed, and strategic. Noushin believes in being the backbone of her clients when they need legal support and advice.
Prior to attending law school, Noushin started her legal career by obtaining her diploma in Court and Tribunal Administration from Seneca College; working as a Court Clerk at the Ontario Court of Justice, Provincial Offences Office, in Toronto; and, working as a Law Clerk for some of Toronto’s top insurance defence firms for a decade.
Noushin is a travel fanatic. She has travelled to many parts of the world and she continues to travel the world during her vacation. She is also a bit of a thrill-seeker and has done zip-lining on various occasions around the world and climbed/hiked up approximately 4,000 steps in Hawaii.
During her spare time, Noushin loves to go for walks in nature or by the water, hike up a trail, go on road trips or simply sit by the beach and enjoy the sunset. She is also family-oriented and loves spending quality time with her family.
Noushin is fluent in both English and Farsi/Persian.
